Floyd Schotel - President

With a strong background in graphic design and pressroom operations, Floyd brings over 20 years experience to the WR team. He is available to assist you with any of your production needs, and does the project scheduling, production management and hands-on production to ensure your job goes smoothly and efficiently.
Floyd is proud to oversee the operations of WR Design and Print, and strives to uphold the highest level of customer service.

Soby Schotel - Manager of Finance & Administration

Sobey monitors quality control as well as regulating all company products and services. Along with financial administration, she manages the workflow and corporate business procedures. WR places a strong emphasis on the regulatory control of the company to assure the safety and security of all client records, ensuring that they are readily available for reference.

Alan Coan - Operations Manager

Alan represents the third generation of Coan printers and brings 39 years of print experience to White Rock Design & Print. He is responsible for the management of WR's pre-press workflow and regulates quality control to ensure your job goes smoothly and efficiently. Alan is available to assist you with any of your production needs.

Nathalie Davidson - Graphic Designer

The Design Department is led by Nathalie Davidson, an international award winning, professionally trained graphic artist and designer. She received her degree in applied arts and graphic design, having studied at the University of Ottawa and at Malaspina University College. With her experience, the graphic design offerings at WR include custom original artwork, logo and corporate identity design, textile graphics and all forms of graphic design for advertising and print mediums.

Steve Cowen - Graphic Designer

Steve comes to us with extensive experience in both visual and applied arts. As a professionally-trained graphic artist, he received his diploma in graphic design, having studied at Kwantlen Polytechnic University and Burnaby College. His MAC and PC computer graphic proficiency and well-rounded design knowledge is much sought after by our customers.

Janette Nixon - Customer Service

Our copier expert, Janette, offers one-to-one personal service in a timely manner. She utilizes WR's 4 black & white and two full colour, state-of-the-art digital printers to produce photo quality images from digital files, e-mail or hard copy. Large format copying/printing, faxing, laminating, folding, cutting and binding are also among her many talents. Whatever you need, Janette will listen and help, no matter how complex your project.

Bill Ashizawa - Press Operator

Bill specializes in quality printing with quick turnaround time. He has been with WR Design & Print for over 10 years and has an eye for detail, critiquing the work that comes to him and correcting potential problems even before they occur. Bill is most familiar with our one and two colour production presses.
