Charles Ranchie - President

With over 25 years experience in the printing industry, he was originally a press operator by trade and has earned awards to attest to the quality of his work. Charles is available to assist you with any of your production needs. He does the project cost estimating, scheduling and production management to make your job go smoothly and efficiently. As the president of the company, he is also the person responsible for the overall operation of the business.

Kassie Ranchie - Manager of Finance & Administration

Kassie monitors quality control as well as regulating all company products and services. Along with financial administration, she manages the workflow and corporate business procedures. WR places a strong emphasis on the regulatory control of the company to assure the safety and security of all client records, ensuring that they are readily available for reference.

Clint Davies - Business Development

Clint completed his printing apprenticeship and worked in the industry in White Rock and Vancouver during the 1970s. He then began a new career in sales of printing equipment and supplies, including Heidelberg and MAN Roland presses. After fourteen years in Ontario and Alberta, he returned to BC to represent Xerox Corporation for nearly a decade both in western Canada and in the western US. In 2006, he returned to work in the White Rock area when he joined WR Design & Print as their sales representative, lending his expertise to customers throughout the lower Fraser Valley.

Nathalie Davidson - Graphic Designer

The Design Department is led by Nathalie Davidson, an international award winning, professionally trained graphic artist and designer. She received her degree in applied arts and graphic design, having studied at the University of Ottawa and at Malaspina University College. With her experience, the graphic design offerings at WR include custom original artwork, logo and corporate identity design, textile graphics and all forms of graphic design for advertising and print mediums.

Elaine McAuley - Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer Elaine McAuley is a homegrown talent, born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. Her passion for art manifested early, and by the time she attended Secondary School she was an active participant in a plethora of art programs, including those offered by the local Community Colleges. Ms. McAuley went on to study Graphic Design at British Columbia Institute of Technology and Corporate Communications Training College. She expanded her knowledge and skill through additional study at Langara College, Vancouver Community College, BCIT and Kwantlen College.

K.S. Langer - Graphic/Web Designer/Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

Kirk is a graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in the field of digital design and is a former ConEd Adobe® Photoshop® instructor from the same institution. Kirk is an Adobe® certified expert in Photoshop®, and a graphic/web designer with 9 years of industry experience including SEO search engine optimization. Before entering into digital design, Kirk was an award winning artist at the Film & Video Arts Society in Alberta.

Janette Nixon - Customer Service

Our copier expert, Janette, offers one-to-one personal service in a timely manner. She utilizes WR's 4 black & white and two full colour, state-of-the-art digital printers to produce photo quality images from digital files, e-mail or hard copy. Large format copying/printing, faxing, laminating, folding, cutting and binding are also among her many talents. Whatever you need, Janette will listen and help, no matter how complex your project.

Bill Ashizawa - Press Operator

Bill specializes in quality printing with quick turnaround time. He has been with WR Design & Print for over 10 years and has an eye for detail, critiquing the work that comes to him and correcting potential problems even before they occur. Bill is most familiar with our one and two colour production presses.
